Ishmael Yartey (born January 11, 1990 in Swedru) is a Ghanaian footballer. He currently plays for Servette F.C. of the Swiss Super League on loan from Liga ZON Sagres club S.L. Benfica.

He played in All Blacks F.C., a local club, before joining his current club, SL Benfica on a 1 year loan deal with a buy option at the end of the contract.[1] Former Benfica's manager Quique Flores has already called him to train with the senior squad, but his debut with Benfica's shirt is yet to be made.[2]
On 15 July 2009 left S.L. Benfica and signed a one year loan deal with S.C. Beira Mar then at the end of the season he sign for CD Fatima another one year loan.[3]
In January 2011 he was loaned to S.C. Beira-Mar for the remainder of the season. [4]
In June 21, 2011 he was again loaned, this time to Servette F.C. of the Swiss Super League. [5]
Yartey represented Ghana U-17 (Black Starlets) by the 2007 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Korea Republic.[6]
